Repaired tear along centerfold and horizontal tear in lower portion of Mississippi and Alabama all barely visible. Scattered spotting in map along with some old very faint pencil notations. Bottom left margin corner chipped. Else good condition.
An interesting map of the United States issued not long after Missouri was admitted as a state to the Union. The remainder of the Louisiana Territory is shown as the Missouri Territory and the Arkansas Territory. In addition, the Michigan and North West Territories are shown as well.
