Philadelphia: S.A. Mitchell, Jr. [1867]–1868  Lithograph.  Original hand color.  13 ¼ x 21 ¼.  With decorative grape vine border.  With Inset map of Newfoundland.  Very good condition.  

The newly created territory of Wyoming is shown which was initially part of Idaho and then assigned to the Dacotahs until 1868.  Nevada has gained its southern tip in 1867 from Arizona.  The final borders of Wyoming, Utah and Idaho have yet to be finalized into their present day borders.  The Dakotah and Indian Territories are indicated.
