Privately published by the Coxe family, ca. 1884.  5 1/8 x 4 1/8.  Engraved by Samuel Sartain (1830-1906).   Facsimile signature in bottom margin.  Repaired tear right hand margin.  Two creases bottom right hand margin corner.  Else very good condition. 

Tench Coxe (1755-1824) was an American political economist and a delegate to the Continental Congress from Pennsylvania.  Coxe acquired large amount of Pennsylvania timber and coal lands and was the basis of wealth for his descendants.
