A handsome portrait of Benjamin Franklin taken from an engraving in the Almon’s Intelligencer, London 1777 which was engraved by John Lodge. It shows Franklin during his time in England at the time of the American rebellion. This rendering was in turn engraved by H.B. Hall in the nineteenth century for this handsome engraving of the great American.
